The treatment is called “a heart treatment”, which means that it is applied homogeneously on the fabric during the industrial process, prior to the manufacture into a finished article.

 Depending on the concentration chosen during the finishing process, the GREENFIRST^® treatment gives the treated textiles either an anti dust mite efficacy, an anti moth efficacy or an anti-mosquito repellent efficacy.

GREENFIRST^® is the finish treatment par excellence. The active ingredient of the treatment is natural and not polluted by harmful chemical substances.

It is in accordance with the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 requirements and can be used on all kinds of textile articles including childcare.

Oeko-Tex is an international association whose members are independent institutes, which control harmful substances using precise test methods, to assess that textile products pose no risk whatsoever to health. Anti dust mite effect

Bedding items : quilts, pillows, mattress protectors, mattresses, bed linen,…: GREENFIRST^® treatment is efficient against house dust mite (Dermatophagoïdes pteronyssinus) and their eggs even after 30 domestic washes at 60°C on cotton. It therefore allows to fight efficiently against dust mites and protect sensitive people from dust mite allergens.

Anti clothing moth effect

Wollen-based items : woollen-clothing (sweaters, costumes, coats…), fitted carpet, carpets,… and furs: the treatment GREENFIRST^® allows to eliminate the butterflies as well as the caterpillars and their eggs which are responsible for the irreversible damage caused to the items. The treatment has a washing fastness of 30 domestic washes at 30°C on wool.

 Anti mosquito effect

Summer textile items: tablecloth, nets curtain and also bed linen,…: the GREENFIRST^® treatment once applied on the textile repels mosquitoes. The efficiency is recorded even after 10 domestic washes at 60°C on cotton.

Anti bed bugs* effect

Articles of bedding: mattress, toppers, braids, pillows, linen of bed, etc. The Greenfirst®  treatment applied to textile will eliminate the bed bugs*. The efficiency of Greenfirst® persists even after 10 domestic washes in 60°C (on cotton in particular).
